Brian Conley was hailed as one of the brightest new comedy stars of the 1990's. His LWT series 'The Brian Conley Show' was such a success that it occupied a regular spot in TV's top twenty show with over 12 million viewers every week.
Brian has also been acclaimed by press and public alike for his outstanding performance as Bill Snibson in the Hit musical 'Me & My Girl'. He made his West End stage debut in the award winning show in April 1991 and by the time he left the star role in Spring 1992 he had more than made his mark as a stage star.
So much so, that although he has now left the West End to pursue other career goals, he's completed a huge tour of Australia in Me & My Girl in 1993.
Television has of course always figured strongly in Brian's plans.
Since 1987 when he made his national TV debut in the innovative 'Five Alive' series for ITV he has had a major series of his own practically every year since.
He has been approached by a top American TV network to record a pilot show for a new sitcom, he has already been signed for another series of 'The Brian Conley Show' and a top British recording company have invited him to make his debut album!
With his ongoing reputation as a major British entertainer it is not hard to see why many showbiz pundits are confidentially predicting super stardom for the funnyman.
Brian has appeared in the Prestigious Royal Variety Show and amongst his notable TV highlights include a memorable guest appearance in 'Des O'Conner Tonight' and spots in each of 'Live form Her Majesty's', 'Live from the Piccadilly' and 'Live from the Palladium'.
Other than host Jimmy Tarbuck, Brian was the only comedian to have achieved the distinction of appearing in all 3 series. Without doubt, Brian Conley is an undisputed super star and still very much is the ascendancy.
