The Kangaroos Display Team
Stars of The Birmingham International Tattoo in November 2005, 2007 and again in 2008 at the NIA in Birmingham, and the Manchester Tattoo in The Manchester Evening News Arena. The Team also in November 2008 starred in the opening week of the brand new £60 million CURVE THEATRE in Leicester, with TEN displays in one week to over 4,000 people. The Kangaroos Gymnastics Team was formed in 1981, and over the years has grown in popularity at all types of venue, County Shows, The Grosvenor House Hotel, The National Indoor Arena, Birmingham . The Kangaroos are now recognised as one of the leading Gymnastic Display teams in Europe, and one of the top indoor and outdoor, large and small arena acts of any kind in Britain.

The team usually performs one Comedy Display lasting about 15 minutes and one Main Display lasting about 30 minutes. These can of course be adapted, but it is difficult to lengthen the Comedy display without losing the overall effect. Other displays can be developed on request E.g. for special presentations (indoors and outdoors) or promotions etc
Technical Specifications
The setting up times for the above displays are as follows: -
Comedy 3 minutes to set up 2 minutes to remove
Main 5-10 minutes to set up 3-5 minutes to remove (depending on the size of the arena, and ease of access for equipment).
TIME SHOULD BE ALLOWED FOR SETTING AND CLEARING EQUIPMENT WHEN PLANNING THE PROGRAMME
The team will normally consist of about 18 - 25 members, although often more than that attend (up to 30) and usually travel in one coach, one large truck and one car.
